SURGERIES ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

For Surgeries:   No Food or Water after 12:00 am the night before.  

Drop off time:  8:45am - 9:30am     

Pick-up time:  4:30pm - 5:00pm
 
* $ 40 Deposits are required for surgeries
If unavailable to keep appointment kindly give 48 hours notice or cancellation/ rescheduling fees apply
